Governor Mark Sanford has it right. There is only one reason Conservatives exist in this country; because not everyone can be on welfare, some taxpayers need to remain to pay for the freebies, which exceed the cost of the war on terrorism. Why doesn't anyone ever discuss the "freebie welfare programs" in America? Until Congress is limited to enumerated clauses of our Constitution, they will continue to take more and more and more until there is simply no way to fund government anymore.
